The Power of Prayer

Hallo good people, i wish Allah always guide and love us. Today i will talk about the power of prayer and also i will take from my own experience.  i am very grateful because of i think i am a kind of person who always get whatever i want and i am the luckiest person ever. I often read the quote that “If you always feel lucky, it because of your mom always pray for you.” And of course that i believe about it. But beside your mom pray for you, you also have to pray for your self (including pray for your parents, teachers, and the people in the whole world).
Well, i was a lazy person to pray if i didn't want anything, even though at that time i believe about the strength of the prayer. But i didn't know, i just felt so lazy. After salat (the ritual prayer of muslims, perform five times a day) i just prayed “O God, forgive me, my parents and all muslims in the world) and then enough. Or sometimes (so rare) i would add some wishes if i needed something. That’s not wrong actually, but after i felt a miracle (i called this a miracle because not everyone got it) then it really changed my perseption about the prayer.
Let’s get started the story. At that time exam was near, the exam is called SOCA (Student Oral Case Analysis). That exam was quite creepy for us because there were so much bad stories from the old students. Of course that made us extremly scared because of if you couldn’t pass that exam, you should take one more semester. You can imagine just about less than one hour (time for exam), can make you take one more semester (six months) that absolutely crazy right?
In every phase there were 13 students who did exam and 26 examiner so every a student faced two examiner. And most of the 26 examiner were killer (you know what i mean with the word of “killer” haha.). and most of medical students are the religious people because we often face the exams (exam is like our food). So i thought that we were same in the study and same in the pray, it was mean chance to got a kind examiner than a killer ones is really small. Then how to be the luckiest one? I will share to you.
First step is the quality of the prayer, i believe that everybody always pray and make a wishes, so at that time i tried to pray hardly (trying to be different). I was serious at this one (don’t forget to keep tauhid, you only ask to Allah azza wa jalla), and try to get mustajab times like when you sujood, sunnah salat, among the adzan and iqomah, before you break fasting, evening Friday, etc cause it will be so much help. I know that every times is good for praying but there are so many times who better so why we don’t use it, right?
The second step is asking to our parents to pray for us. This totaly can help us.
The third step is charity. I talked about this in my old post, so you can check it again (i know i don’t completely talked about that and may be i will make that one be the next topic)
The fourth step is be kind to everyone and helping everyone who need your help because if you help anyone else Allah will help you when you need a help.

Well, that were things that i did at that time, hope i was kinda different person in the eyes of Allah and then Allah could choose me to face the kind examiner, and voila i got the super duper kind examiner, no nervous, so fun like i didn’t face the exam. That’s the amazing experience, though. i wish i can do that tips on my self every single times and can influence everyone who still lazy to pray. Keep tauhid good people.
